This section includes summaries for longer hillwalking trips or holidays snaps. I occasionally go away on a monster of a walking trip, or spend a weekend doing more than simply climbing. If there are other shots to be shown, then this is the place to find shots taken travelling from the place to place, or while on holiday to different parts of Scotland (or abroad) that didn't include so many hills.
		West Highland Way 17th-24th June 2010	West Highland Way with Steve, Marri and Sarah. Great fun the entire way coupled with great weather made this a very memorable walk.
		S.U.W. West 2nd-8th June 2010	Western Section of the Southern Upland Way with Mackenzie Barker. Had a great time but our prospects weren't looking to good by the time we reached Moffat. We decided to head home, but that's 200km's now completed with which I'm very happy about. I'll probably go back and finish the 140km eastern section. Some day, soon...
		Northern Highlands 7th-12th August 2009	A memorable trip with Michael Coffield, Martin Forbes and Michael Kerrigan to the Munros of the Northern Highlands and Fisherfield. Highlights were many and it's simply the most intense, insane trip I've done yet. Generally did two walks a day on too little sleep, rounding it all off with a 33.5 hour bash on the Fisherfield Mountains (The most remote Munros in Scotland). Demanding and a bit mental, but I'd do it all again in an instant.
		Western Isles 14th-20th July 2009	A trip to the Western Isles with family. We spent the week in a campsite for the Hebridean Celtic Festival - this took up the first four days. Also played a gig as part of the festival. Once the music had finished and everybody else was headed home, Steve, Andy and I had a spent the remaining days in Harris. I climbed An Cliseam during this time and got to see many areas of this beautiful part of Scotland.
		Portugal 11th-18th April 2009	Family holiday to Alvor, Algarve for one week. There are many photographs worth uploading, although not a hill in sight! (Well, one)
		Isle of Arran 12th-26th July 2008	A very successful holiday to the Isle of Arran for two weeks with family. We stayed just outside Lamlash and I spent much of my time on the hills.
		Poolewe, Wester Ross 12th-19th April 2008	A great one-week holiday to Poolewe with my parents. I'd never been to this part of Scotland before and it simply blew my mind like nowhere else ever had. The weather had also been excellent for almost our entire stay and I managed to climb a few hills in the process.
