Summit Map

I have used Google Maps to display a map of the summits I've visited. I define separate mountains from subsidiary peaks by a system of prominence. (For an explanation, follow the link to WestCoastPeaks.com) While the decision as to what constitutes an individual summit depends on far more than it's prominence alone, listing them this way allows me to create a defined cut off point, although there are grey areas.

Click and drag, scroll, and click the placemarks. Click on the mountain name to show a list of ascents.

- Separate Mountain (Prominence >=100m)
- Mountain with prominence of <100m
(based on personal opinion or peaks inclusion in the Munro's list)
- Subsidiary Top (Prominence <100m)
